WHY I BLOG
From what I've observed, it seems like married bloggers and those with children are always going to have more followers. I'm here to prove that wrong!
Haha, not. I blog because I love blogging. That's really all there is to it. I love being able to share what's going on in my life with my friends and family. I love sharing funny stories, what God's been doing in my life lately, etc. I love talking about my turtle, Jonah, and what my classes are like and how I've been trying to cook more.
Why do I blog? I blog to honor Christ. Sometimes, when I get discouraged by low numbers of followers and page views, or I start thinking about how I can attract more people to this little corner of the web, I get distracted from what I created this blog to be in the first place--a way to document my life and to reach out to people in a way that honors that Lord. This is my way of remembering what the Lord has done in my life. Continuously, constantly faithful.
If you choose to pass on by, I understand! But if you do decide to join me here at Press On to Know, I'd love it if you left a comment or sent me an email so you can make your presence known! May God be glorified in all that is done here.
I came to Jesus as I was,
Weary and worn and sad;
I found in Him a resting place,
And He has made me glad.
